Thank you for shopping with Gurkha Watch. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping times, and related matters.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email and payment.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer Australia-wide and international shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Australia (Standard): 3–7 business days

  • Australia (Express): 1–3 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and courier delays beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website or from your order confirmation page.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@gurkhawatch.com.au — before dispatch.


5. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Gurkha Watch is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or missing, please contact us at info@gurkhawatch.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a replacement if applicable.
Please include photos of any damage or packaging for faster resolution.


7. Pre-Orders or Limited Editions

For pre-order or limited edition items, estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page.
Please note that any additional products ordered together will ship once the pre-order item is available unless stated otherwise.
